Wonder Wander
Zachary Oxman is a contemporary sculptor whose work fuses classical aesthetics with modern vision. After earning his BFA from Carnegie Mellon University and studying Baroque sculpture in Florence, Italy, he developed a distinctive style spanning monumental public works and intimate figurative pieces. His sculptures have been exhibited at the Smithsonian American Art Museum, the American Craft Museum, and the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, and his work is part of the White House Collection of American Crafts. Working from his Maryland studio, Oxman creates pieces that explore perception, empathy, and the human experience through stainless steel, bronze, and mixed media.
