Tower View Team

Tower View Team is a community arts group based in Jefferson, Iowa, dedicated to bringing public art to surprising places throughout the downtown district. Led by chairwoman Deb McGinn, the team has transformed Jefferson's historic square through rooftop murals, alley installations, and the award-winning Ring Out for Art outdoor sculpture exhibition. Their creative placemaking helped Jefferson Matters earn the 2025 Great American Main Street Award.
