Tara Kelliher

Tara Kelliher is a Wisconsin-based artist and muralist working in Shawano, a small city in the northeastern part of the state. Her artistic practice spans mural painting and community-focused public art, creating vibrant works that celebrate local identity and bring color to downtown spaces. Beyond her art, Kelliher is deeply rooted in the Shawano community, where she also serves in the city parks department. Her murals reflect a love for place and a talent for translating community pride into bold, eye-catching imagery.
