Rock "CYFI" Martinez is a self-taught aerosol artist and muralist born in Tucson, Arizona, now based in Minneapolis. Drawing on his Mexican American and Indigenous heritage, he creates large-scale works that amplify marginalized voices and explore the relationship between people and public space. His mural practice spans over twenty years, with commissions for clients including Target and projects across the United States. Known for photo-realistic portraits layered with allegory and pop art devices, Martinez brings graffiti culture aesthetics to community-centered storytelling.
