Povi Marie
Povi Marie (Leah Lewis) is a Pueblo/Diné artist and muralist raised in Tiwa Territory (Albuquerque, New Mexico). She co-founded nsrgnts, an Indigenous art collective and brand advocating for Indigenous rights through bold visual storytelling. Much of her work centers Indigenous children and representation in popular culture. Her notable projects include a three-story MMIW/Water Protector mural in Duluth, Minnesota, and multiple murals for Saint Paul's Chroma Zone festival. She also develops Indigenous-based educational curriculum for school-aged children.
