Nancy Scheibe

Nancy Scheibe is a self-taught artist based in Ely, Minnesota, working across acrylics, stained glass, scratchboard, watercolor, sculpture, and murals. She founded Art & Soul Gallery in Ely in 2015 and has created multiple public murals around town, including Seasons of Splendor and Mad Hatter's Tea Party. An author and public speaker, Scheibe wrote the Ripples of Wisdom Trilogy about her paddling journey down the Mississippi River gathering elder women's wisdom. Her work is deeply connected to community, nature, and the stories of northern Minnesota.
