Meg Peterson

Meg Peterson is an artist from White Bear Lake, Minnesota who began selling her work at age fourteen. Working in charcoal, colored pencils, acrylic, and gouache, she captures everyday moments with detailed realism and expressive color. In 2022, while still a high school student, she organized a crew of fellow students to create White Bear Lake's first public mural on Indulge Salon. That same year, she held her first solo exhibition, "Life is Peachy," at the University of Minnesota's Coffman Art Gallery. Peterson hopes to inspire more student-led public art in her community.
