Louise Jones, known as Ouizi, is a second-generation Chinese American artist born in Los Angeles in 1988. Trained in drawing and printmaking at UC Santa Cruz, she moved to Detroit in 2014 and quickly became known for her monumental floral murals. Her work features native botanicals specific to each region she paints, displayed in museums and public spaces from the Smithsonian to the North Carolina Museum of Art. She has completed over fifty murals across the United States and internationally.
