Lauren Liz

Lauren Liz is a self-taught visual artist and muralist originally from Iowa, now based in Berkeley, California. She honed her craft under the guidance of her grandparents, renowned artists John and Dorothy Mendoza. Since launching her solo career in 2019, Lauren has completed over 50 custom mural projects for clients including Waymo, Docusign, and Facebook. Her work is defined by bold color palettes, playful energy, and a blend of hand lettering with abstract expression.
