Irineo Medina

Irineo "Neo" E. Medina is a muralist, printmaker, and painter based in Appleton, Wisconsin. A UW-Oshkosh graduate with a BFA, Medina creates public art rooted in community stories, with a focus on uplifting Black and Brown communities and youth. He leads the Paint the City mural program, which engages high school students in creating large-scale public art. His murals appear throughout Wisconsin's Fox Valley region, including Green Bay and Appleton, blending bold color and geometric energy with narratives of belonging and identity.
