Ilaamen Pelshaw is a Guatemalan-born, Omaha-based artist whose vibrant, graphic work celebrates everyday life with warmth and bold color. Trained in graphic design at Universidad Rafael Landívar, she became a full-time artist in 2015 and has since shown in over 40 exhibitions across the United States. Her work has been selected for the U.S. Department of State's Art in Embassies program. Pelshaw's murals and paintings weave storytelling with geometric composition, drawing on her Latin American heritage and her adopted Midwestern home.
