Hugo Zamorano
Hugo Alberto Zamorano is an Omaha-based muralist and painter born in Los Angeles who discovered graffiti writing and Hip Hop culture as a teenager. After moving to Omaha at 14, he earned his BFA from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and has since created over 29 murals across the city, including the award-winning "Del Futuro Al Pasado." A teaching artist with WhyArts and a TEDx speaker, Zamorano uses public art to explore identity, immigration, and community in South Omaha.
