Greg Holdren
Greg Holdren is a retired K-12 art teacher from Friend, Nebraska, who has painted more than 80 murals across the state. His work transforms small-town walls into windows on local history, from the train station in Central City to the old hangar in Callaway. Holdren has participated in major public art projects including Cranes on Parade and Nebraska by Heart, and his Grand Island mural is documented in the Library of Congress.
