Emily McQueen

Emily McQueen is a painter and printmaker based in Glenwood, Iowa. She draws inspiration from the Iowa landscape, her life as a disabled woman, and her faith. McQueen holds a degree from Brigham Young University-Idaho with an emphasis in Elementary Education and Art. From 2021 to 2026 she owned the Fine Arts on Fifth Gallery and Studio in Malvern, Iowa, where she created artwork, taught classes, and championed accessible art-making in her community. Her work spans oil painting and block printing, often layering both techniques in a single piece.
