Devin Finley
Devin Finley is a Portland-based muralist and founder of DefineArts. With no formal art training, Finley began spraying graffiti on free walls in Olympia, Washington as a teenager. After surviving massive heart, liver, and kidney failure in 2013, he turned to painting full-time. He serves as Lead Artist for the Portland Street Art Alliance and has painted the Fair-Haired Dumbbell building and other large-scale Portland murals. His work bridges graffiti culture and institutional public art.
