Wonder Wander
David Landis is an Atlanta-based sculptor known for large-scale stainless steel public art installations across the United States. His work draws on natural forces—wind, currents, light—and botanical and animal forms, rendered in mirror-polished metal that interacts with its environment through constantly shifting reflections. Notable installations include an endangered rhino and thirty-three oversized oak leaves on the Atlanta BeltLine, works at Hartsfield-Jackson Airport, and pieces in hospitals, libraries, and gardens throughout the country.
