Dany Reyes
Dany Reyes is an Omaha-based visual artist born in El Salvador during the civil war. His family fled to Los Angeles when he was four, and he moved to Omaha at fifteen. Self-taught, Reyes blends graffiti, pop art, and comic book aesthetics with vibrant portraiture, calling his style "perfect imperfection." In 2018, he left warehouse work to paint full-time. His public murals across Council Bluffs and Omaha celebrate community, culture, and resilience. He hides the letter "F" for "Faith" in every painting.
