Dale Knaffla Jr.

Dale Knaffla Jr. is a Silver Bay, Minnesota-based artist working in acrylic, enamel, watercolor, pen and ink. A graduate of Bemidji State University, Knaffla is known for his detailed wildlife paintings and community murals that celebrate the natural landscapes of Minnesota North Shore. His work at the Finland Cooperative General Store, completed in 2011, reflects both the outdoor heritage and cultural diversity of the region tight-knit communities.
