Christina Vang

Christina Vang is a Hmong American graphic designer, illustrator, and painter based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Her work vibrates with vivid color and dynamic, culturally inspired forms rooted in Hmong tribal textiles, storytelling, and Hip Hop culture. After a decade in advertising, she founded La Bang Studio in 2016 to make design more accessible to grassroots organizations and small businesses. Her murals and public art span the Twin Cities and beyond, bringing visibility to work rooted in cultural identity and social justice.
