Carolyn Law
Carolyn Law is a Seattle-based artist whose practice spans public art, sculpture, installation, and drawing for over thirty-five years. Born in West Virginia, she earned her BA from Georgetown University and her MFA from the University of Washington. Her public art explores the relationship between human-built environments and the natural world, often collaborating with engineers, designers, and scientists on projects involving parks, transit systems, and infrastructure across the Pacific Northwest. Her work is held in the collections of the Seattle Art Museum and the Washington State Arts Commission.
