Caprice Glaser

Caprice Glaser is a Minneapolis-based mixed media artist who studied sculpture and printmaking at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Her work tells stories about nature through wood, steel, aluminum, and bronze. Notable public works include Heart of the City at Minneapolis Animal Care & Control and Spirit of Peace, a bronze origami crane sculpture at Lyndale Park Peace Garden. She finds deep inspiration in the collaborative process of public art, often immersing herself in the communities her work will inhabit.
