Benjamin Liebl

Benjamin Liebl is a Mankato-born visual artist who earned his BA in Art from Minnesota State University, Mankato and later returned for his MA. His studio practice spans mural design and painting, often exploring historical imagery through a contemporary digital lens—pixelating recognizable figures and recreating them on canvas. Liebl has contributed to multiple public art projects in southern Minnesota, including community murals in Old Town Mankato.
