Anna Charney

Anna Charney is a Denver-based painter and muralist known for her abstract, illusionistic pattern works she calls "digital taffy." A graduate of the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, Charney creates flowing compositions built from enlarged halftone dot patterns, vortex configurations, and anamorphic illusions inspired by mathematical patterns found in nature. Her murals and paintings span the United States and internationally in Costa Rica, France, and the United Kingdom.
