Alexander Landerman

Alexander Landerman is a graphic designer, letterpress printer, and educator based in Bloomington, Indiana. He earned his BFA from the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point and MFA in Printmaking from Indiana University, where he teaches graphic design and manages the letterpress studio. His detailed ink drawings and hand-printed posters explore the relationships between humans and animals. Landerman has completed residencies at the Jentel Artist Foundation and Petrified Forest National Park, and his work is held in permanent collections across Wisconsin.
