Sawyer Yards

The largest concentration of working artist studios in the United States, located in Houston's historic First Ward and Arts District. Founded in 2005 with the conversion of a 75,000 SF warehouse, the campus now includes Winter Street Studios, Spring Street Studios, Silver Street Studios, and Silos at Sawyer Yards — housing hundreds of working artists, galleries, and creative businesses.
