Zadok Ben-David

Zadok Ben-David is an award-winning sculptor and installation artist based in London and Portugal. Born in Yemen in 1949 and raised in Israel, he studied advanced sculpture at St. Martin's School of Art in London. Ben-David represented Israel at the 1988 Venice Biennale and has exhibited at biennales worldwide. His work oscillates between delicate miniature pieces and monumental installations, using metal as his primary medium to explore themes of human nature and evolution. Notable works include Blackfield and People I Saw but Never Met.
