Jim Hoskinson

Jim Hoskinson is an artist and member of the Red Oak Arts Destination (ROAD) committee, which promotes public art throughout Red Oak, Iowa. He moved to the Midwest drawn by its lower cost of living and the freedom to create. Hoskinson conceived the original concept for "Studying Our Past, Looking to the Future" and previously painted murals on the historic Red Oak Firehouse in 2012, depicting the building's horse-drawn era and 1929 pumper truck.
