Jeff Schomberg

Jeff Schomberg is a Reno-based sculptor who has been shaping steel into large-scale public art for over fifteen years. He began attending Burning Man in 1998 and has since collaborated with Laura Kimpton on the Monumental Word Series—iconic letter sculptures installed in cities across the country, including Reno, West Palm Beach, and Arlington, Texas. Schomberg also collaborated with Hank Willis Thomas on the sculpture All Power To All People. His work in steel, stainless steel, and aluminum transforms words into gathering places.
