Aaron Hauck is a figurative painter and muralist whose multi-layered oil paintings explore the complexities of human interaction and memory. A graduate of the Minneapolis College of Art and Design, Hauck grew up in Brainerd, Minnesota, before spending over a decade working in New York City. His painterly style — rooted in the tradition of Fairfield Porter and Euan Uglow — balances realism with visible process, leaving traces of reworking that mirror how we revisit and reshape our own experiences. He is now based in the Hudson Valley, New York.
